What Is Wrong With Me?!?!?!

Goodness, I don't really know where to start, I was told (when I was around 35) first I had Lupus, then Rheumatoid Arthritis then a mixture of both (possibly even Fibro in the mix). I am now 43 and still suffering horribly. GRRRR!!! Yes, I have a lot of the symptons but I have a million others that don't fit. I had hand shakes, lumps on my hand, chronic sinus infections, loss of hearing (this has gotten so bad I am embarrassed at work and when I go out), I feel dizzy and weak a lot, one minute I am awake, the next so sleepy can barely move. My heart feels like it is going to pound out of my chest half the time and my liver enzymes sky rocket for apparently no reason at all. I hate mentioning anything to the doctor cause I know that means more test, more money I don't have. Lately I have just gotten the eerie feeling that my time left on this earth is short and I want find some peace before my time is up.
